As we continue on my breakout from Echo next I shared how we used Facebook.

Now that you’re back we can continue. The biggest benefit we take from Facebook is our shout-outs.
We simply grab one of these budget flash camcorders go around church each week and show some love to our volunteers. As every ministry knows, how can you really make that volunteer feel thanked all the time? Not possible but, 15 minutes of fame can go a long way. We take those videos throw them up on Facebook and then watch as all the comments come in as members thank them for what they do. Result = Instant Rock Star status. It can really rejuvenate their passion for what their doing. Here is an example…
