Canon introduced a new VDSLR – the T2i/550D. Think of it as the 7D’s little brother.
18MP stills, APS-C sized sensor (that’s 35mm film sized), 1080p24/25/30, 720p50/60, H.264.
-$800 for the body. (YES!!!)
If you are in the market for a camcorder for church… Don’t look past this. Yes it’s designed to be a still camera, but head to this Vimeo page (or check out the video below) and look at the videos from it’s big brother. The video capabilities of this $800 machine will be nearly identical to 7D ($1800)
